Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep, although being on the ground floor meant they were not as private. There were some insects on the pillows, which was a bit of a downside. The service was exceptional, with the staff welcoming us warmly and being incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, allowing us easy access to all major sites, restaurants, and shops. However, the dining experience, while offering some fantastic dishes, had a few items that were a little underwhelming. The hotel facilities were good, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. I enjoyed the lovely rooms on the ground floor, although there was some noise from the nearby mosque at dawn. The service provided by Abdu, Simmo, and the rest of the staff was incredibly kind and reassuring. The location inside the medina, next to the Royal Palace, offered amazing views and a sense of safety, just a short walk from the lively main square. The dining experience had its ups and downs with a limited breakfast, while the dinners on the sunny terrace and rooftop were enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were nice but not very spacious, and the staff was super helpful, especially since it was my first time in Morocco. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Souks and Palaces. The dining experience could have been better, with limited breakfast options, but overall, this Riad stands out above others in Marrakesh.
The hotel is a gem in terms of location, with a welcoming atmosphere and great service. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully set up, but the dining options could use some improvement. Overall, it's a comfortable stay with warm hospitality.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The service was exceptional, especially from Abdu and Simmo who helped me arrange a private guide to explore Marrakesh. The location was ideal, close to main attractions while still feeling safe and serene. The dining experience could be improved with more variety for breakfast, but overall, it was a great value for the price.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The outdoor terrace was perfect for relaxing and dining, although it was a bit noisy in the early morning due to the nearby mosque. The room, designed for three people, was lovely and the maid kept it clean throughout our stay.
